Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) and Server Governance Rules
Key Terms of the NAP-5 Agreement
Protected Entities:
The top five alliances on the server enjoy absolute protection for their bases. This means that attacking any member of an alliance within the NAP-5 is strictly prohibited. If any issues arise, please contact your alliance leader or the King/Queen.
Prohibited Actions:
Members of NAP-5 alliances are forbidden from scouting, attacking, rallying, or burning (completely destroying/zeroing) the city of any other member within the NAP-5 alliances.
Resource Node Rules:
Resource gathering nodes—whether inside or outside alliance territory—are open to everyone, except for those currently occupied by another player.
Event Protocols & Battle Interactions
Kill Events (KE) & SvS (State vs. State / KvK)
Attacking any of them is strictly prohibited without prior registration and agreement among the NAP-5 alliances. If a member of any alliance attacks a Sanctuary or Refuge that is already registered to another alliance, they must be warned and cautioned; if they persist, you may expel them—or, in the worst-case scenario, burn them.

- Bases belonging to NAP-5 and Ranks 6–10 must remain bubbled (shielded). Unshielded bases are treated as "free game" by server consensus, and leadership will not enforce compensation for losses due to dropped shields.
- All internal server aggression ceases entirely. Cross-server hostility takes absolute priority; resources and manpower must pivot outward.
